•This was our 2nd time working with Kim. When we were ready to buy our 3rd home, I didn’t even consider other agents. I immediately called Kim because I knew she would know exactly what we needed and how to get us there. We had such a great experience working with her on our previous house that we always said, “If we ever move again, we are calling Kim.” This time we had no idea where we were moving and we were moving during a difficult time in our lives and in a time crunch. We just knew it had to be somewhere in the Charlotte area. We looked at almost 25 houses all across the area and exhausted ourselves but eventually we found the perfect one. It was not without its flaws and it was by no means an easy house to get. Many times it seemed hopeless but I can say Kim put her blood, sweat, and tears into getting this house for us. Even when we second guessed ourselves on multiple occasions, Kim assured us we were making the right decision for our family. There is no such thing as perfect but we are in the perfect location, perfect neighborhood, and perfect price point for us. As stressful as it was at times, Kim made the experience pleasant and lighthearted. It takes a special person to be able to do their job and ease your burden at the same time. At the end of the day, we bought exactly what we needed, peace of mind. Thank you for being you Kim, simply awesome.
