"Kim is extremely easy to work with. She listens to what you want and is extremely helpful when it comes to selection. There were places I was interested in, but hadn't read the fine print, and turned out the HOA fees were higher than I wanted, or there were tenants in the home, and she never tried to push anything that I didn't want. When she found those things, she pointed them out and we were able to immediately eliminate these properties. She is easy to get in touch with, works with your schedule. As soon as an offer was made both Kim and myself were going out of town, and she was in communication the entire time, checking in to make sure everything was moving forward smoothly. I absolutely loved working with her!"
