Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for our first time home buying experience! She was always willing to work with our busy schedules to make showings work, with no complaints as we went back to some houses multiple times. We had lots of questions and she was able to guide us along the way. She was always available for us, and did an amazing job managing communication between our lender, sellers agent, and closing company as needed once we found our home. I engaged Kim to sell my house and highly recommend her. My situation is that I live in the UK but was selling my holiday home in Florida. I was unaware of the selling process in the USA and the various companies that would need to be involved in order to complete the sale.
