Dan did an amazing job helping my family find the perfect home for us in Denver. We moved from Florida and even prior to our move and official start to our search Dan was available to answer any questions while also getting ideas about what we were looking for so that we could hit the ground running once we arrived. He worked closely with us to narrow down what we were looking for using his in depth knowledge about the Denver area as well as the different types of home builds and potential issues and repairs that may arise. He was also not afraid to give us his honest thoughts about homes and neighborhoods which we greatly appreciated. Once we were ready to make an offer Dan moved quickly and helped us to negotiate a great deal. He also stayed on top of a few additional hurdles that arose during closing and made sure that we closed on time. In addition to all of this Dan is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with and has been a great resource for reliable assistance with home projects. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough and would definitely use him again in the future!
