•Cerra sold our home in Cobb, and we then bought a place in Chico. She guided us through a bank owned home, with lightening speed, a difficult task! Because of her expertise, she saved us from a possible big problem. We completely trust her judgment, and I wish I could buy another place to work with her. lol. I trusted her negotiating with the bank and now we have a beautiful home! She’s the best.
Cerra always kept us appraised of the market situation and communicated effectively. Her knowledge of the market and location were very valuable. She was always professional and friendly in her dealings with us and we couldn’t have been happier with her work ethic and coordination skills.
