Would Give 10 Stars If I Could!

Angel Watson Kuite is absolutely 30 to 50% better than any realtor we've ever worked with. She's amazing and totally professional in every way. Angel thoroughly understood our buying requirements and budget then was phenomenally proactive in emailing us a huge list of options within hours of us contacting her. When we arrived to tour homes Angel had a comprehensive knowledge of the market & helped us better understand the pros & cons of each home she showed us. Angel is tireless, organized, cheerful, a fantastic communicator and a wonderful person. Angel helped us find the absolute perfect home and negotiated a discount for us with the builder. The builder is of the highest caliber but Angel is a property investor herself so she did an amazing job of spotting areas the builder needed to improve before we closed the purchase. She represented us with the builder on numerous property walk throughs because we were out of state buyers. She kept us constantly apprised of the transaction status with the builder, the lender and the title company. She even gave us great advice that helped us sell our previous home faster. Angel went above and beyond the call of duty countless times and she has become a very dear friend to us, her new neighbors. We can't recommend Angel highly enough and feel like finding her was truly an answer to our prayers.
