Laurie was outstanding

Laurie was outstanding.....she handled ALL the details with knowledge and grace. I was so impressed with each step in the process, even when there were problems with the condition of the house. I have bought and sold over 20 homes and Laurie was the best of the best. She works tirelessly for her clients and I highly recommend Laurie. So many problems can arise when you least expect them...... Laurie can resolve them all. I feel so blessed to have chosen Laurie to sell my home.

Exceptional

Ms. Dickey is exceptional. We worked with five agents this summer, and she's the only one who showed us homes we'd want to consider. We lost our first offer because the seller accepted one with no contingencies, although Ms. Dickey explained that some contingencies are necessary. She was absolutely correct since we needed a contingency to avoid a seller's error on our next offer. Laurie found the home we purchased without even an open house. Laurie's pleasant and accommodating style is professional, particularly for nervous clients, and her real estate knowledge is top notch. We can't imagine contacting any other broker and highly recommend her.

Loved that Laurie was proactive in every step of the way

Loved that Laurie was proactive in every step of the way. I did not have to constantly follow up with her. On the contrary she was the one reminding me of my next steps. She was also great at being assertive when interest was shown in our property and willing to hold Open Houses as needed. We were out of State and were grateful to have her in our corner. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She got the job done!
