Corinna Daninger Professional Bio: Corinna Daninger grew up at the New Jersey Shore. Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLHMC designation eXp Certified Luxury As a young girl, she has spent her entire life passionately studying, learning, being coached, and absorbing everything she could that evolved around Sales, marketing, and becoming a successful entrepreneur. Corinna is Highly Self Motivated and Goal Oriented. She has effectively applied Negotiation, Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship in her professional and personal lives. Corinna was successful from the beginning starting with timeshare and door-to-door sales in High School. Eventually, she spun off a software consulting company and software resell company while in college as Communication Arts Major. She laughs and says it was by accident. I was studying Communications Arts to be a Broadcaster. This guy was looking for a salesperson, and the next thing I knew, I was forming two companies. Corinna eventually sold her companies and went on to lead the sales force for various large Software Companies Selling Enterprise level software to the Fortune 250. Corinna and her team were #1 year after year. She worked for many of the giants over the years, including Oracle. Dale Fuller CEO Borland referred to ‘Corinna as the “Hunter & Closer” at the highest levels.’ Corinna had an interest in Real Estate as a child. When she was 24 she took a couple of off to have two children; she decided to sell Real Estate in Pennsylvania for something to do. She sold 66 homes in her first year, working weekends only in a down market. Once maternity leave was over, so was selling real estate, yet she never lost her passion. It was not until 2012 that Corinna decided to return to Real Estate, get her Florida License, and get out of the Software World. In January 2013, Corinna went to work full-time in Brevard County. New to the area and not knowing too many people, she sold six houses in her first quarter and never slowed down. Today, ten years later in Real Estate and over 30 + years in sales, she has successfully helped hundreds of people and investors buy and sell homes. Corinna’s intensive corporate and business background has made it a natural progression as she also sells Commercial Properties. She loves to flip her own luxury homes. Almost every year, she has been in the Brevard top 100 at year-end, year after year. Corinna works with everyone from a $2,000 piece of land to multi-million dollar commercial property and everything in between. She says it keeps life Exciting and Fun! Corinna loves animals and children. She sponsors various sports teams. She believes teaching kids the value of teamwork as a child will help make them better adults. Even now, her kids are grown, and she goes back to the teams to support them. Corinna also donates to various animal shelters throughout the year to help the furry babies left behind.
