•He is excellent he takes the time to listen to you he researches for you and he provides you the options he does not try to steer you into a deal. People study his history of sale and you will find that this guy is blowing up off the charts because he does his job correctly! He works with you to find out what you need and what works best for you not his profit line. I can tell you in my deal he took a cut in his commission to make it come together. In the rating scale if 10 was the very best scale I could give Nathaniel Lily my realtor, 16340.00 would not not enough. Of all the ratings I have ever given anyone on Google for anything I give Nathaniel Lily the highest honor and praise and find it a privilege to write this.
