•I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Best of all we were happy with the price we sold it for and AMAZED at how quickly she negotiated a deal for us. First showing listed with Alexa and we had a contract. Maybe 20 showings with the previous agent and no bites or follow-up. THANK YOU ALEXA! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
