•. My praise could never equal the exceptionally fine job Tracy did selling my house. In a market where there are more sellers than buyers she went above and beyond what I expected to get my house sold. She found resources to help do repairs, went out of town to retrieve furniture to stage my house, did a moving sale for me, posted and sold furniture online that was left over, hauled items to a donation company as needed, negotiated the contract skillfully, and explained and walked me through each step of the closing. Needless to say, I now consider her a true friend and will be forever grateful. All my friends are now using her as their realtor.
