•I had to sell my house as a part of my divorce and I knew Tracy through a mutual friend, so I asked her to represent me and sell my house. My 3202 square foot house was one of the biggest in my area and required a specific buyer. Several times we thought we might have had the right buyer, but the layout wasn’t what the family needed. Tracy stayed strong and changed up the marketing several times to try to show off the great assets my house had to offer. Over the year plus that my house was on the market, she kept me involved and knowledgeable as to what was happening with the local market and she even helped with a few things to keep the house pristine while we waited on the right buyer. Finally our wait ended in August and she was there with me all along the way as we raced toward closing. I could not have asked for a better partner to work with during my first home sale!
