•My agent Brooke, and Heather's RE/MAX office were great to work with when selling my rental property. From beginning to end Brooke kept me fully informed of every detail in preparing, repairing, and presenting the property. I was out-of-town during much of the pre-sale and Brooke found and managed many contractors to perform needed services and repairs. She contacted me after every showing and discussed pros and cons of many offers. She was very hands-on with negotiating the final contract and kept me informed during the entire escrow process. I give Brooke and Heather the highest rating possible. On the purchasing side, my siblings and I have enjoyed working with Brooke to purchase and view future retirement properties, and with her extensive knowledge of the local market, to stay current with all the trends.
