Excellent real estate agent!
Cindy is an excellent realtor. We met up within a few days of my contacting her. We toured my home and property and she feverishly wrote notes while I talked about features in every area. She listened and asked questions. She made me feel like I was the most important person and said she would be honored to be my realtor! She researched other similar homes that had sold recently and the prices they sold for and sent me that information in an easily readable format so I could compare my home. She suggested a listing price. We discussed it and settled on a price that I was happy with and listed it, all within a week. She already had an open house scheduled for the following weekend. She kept me informed of all the showings and the offers, again in a format that was easily readable and understandable. We talked about the pros and cons of each and I was able to make an informed decision. Within a week it was under contract and sold soon thereafter. Cindy knows her job, works tirelessly (even on weekends and when on vacation!), is always smiling and upbeat, explains the bumps and hurdles, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I am so glad I chose her for my realtor and highly recommend her to anyone in need of her expertise and service! Thank you Cindy!
