•We found the place we wanted—along with many other interested buyers. Tiana came through with her professionalism, experience, grace and fierce negotiating skills. Even with a contingency to sell our current property and a handful of unexpected setbacks, she made it happen. She worked tirelessly and positively. This is our second purchase with Tiana and I’m looking forward to our next.
Tiana has been our rock star realtor for about 3 years now. She is so committed and hardworking and fun! We are so glad to have met her. She will ALWAYS be our broker. Her loyalty to us is unquestioned. She knows our priorities and advocates for them all the time (many times we have no idea what she is doing to help us or how hard she is working, until we later learn and are astonished). We found this house and fell in love. Her approach to making the offer was creative and smart. In a bidding war, we came out on top without losing our shirt. We had to sell our current camp and she did an amazing job marketing that home . . . and then getting us past 3 buyers who were not able to complete the sale . . . in time to still close the deal in time to buy this house. We would have lost our minds with anxiety if we did not have Tiana on our side. We cannot say enough good things about Tiana. She is a stellar human being and an amazing real estate broker.
