•My experience working with Pam and Vance Belyea was excellent from start to finish. They sent me new listings as soon as they hit the market as well as pinpointing the area where I hoped to find my new home. One of them was always available to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of real estate. Vance used his background in construction to check the electrical panels, water heater hookups, heating and cooling systems, etc. in every property we looked at. Pam and Vance are very professional and I knew I was in good hands the first day we met. They assisted my daughter in purchasing her home last year and she was extremely happy with the experience she had with them. I definitely recommend Pam and Vance Belyea to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate.
