Mrs. Tara Finch has been awesome!! Mrs. Finch has been a huge help. Mrs. Finch helped my family and I twice with the same home and once with our new home we’re in now. No matter the obstacles with home buying or selling she is calm and professional. Tara Finch has treated us like family and I admire her integrity as a person. I highly recommend if your looking to buy or sell a home in Benson, call the Tara Finch Group!!!!!

Tara Finch is the best agent I have ever had in my 84 years. She is on it all the way no matter what and always with a smile! Thank you Tara for sticking with us through thick and thin.

Tara did a very good job for us,she kept us updated with all information we needed to have while always checking in to see if we had any concerns. I would say it was an excellent experience, Tara had at least three open houses as well as putting our listing all over social media and mls outlets . I would also add that she guided me through the process when I had questions

Despite the recent drop in sales in the area, Tara was able to help us get quickly listed and sold! We actually had the house under contract within the first week!

I was a first time homebuyer back in 2019. Tara helped me through the process and helped me find the perfect starter home. She was always available and always answered any questions I had no matter how unimportant they may be. Fast forward two years and I ended up getting a better job opportunity in a different city. There was no hesitation on which realtor I was going to use. Tara helped me sell my house and guided me through the entire process. Within 7 days we had two offers of slightly above asking price and we closed within 2 months of listing our house. I can’t thank you enough Tara! Truly the best of the best.

Tara was a pleasure to work with. We had a full offer on our house the day after it was placed for sale by Tara, and she was great at getting answers to all of our questions. Every single time hack was met perfectly, and we were able to close on selling our house in less than a month!

We have had Tara assist us with multiple real estate ventures. Her professionalism, her hard work ethic, dedication, honesty, knowledge are just a small amount of the reasons why - 1. We would never use anyone else in any real estate need and 2. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing her services. Tara helped us with this last sale of our custom home/land that, over the years, was overrun with "black cloud" situations, difficult tenents, but also beautiful memories and allowed us to care for many family members in need. My husband and I were at the point where we were going to just walk away from it, not knowing what to do next...Tara, being the wonderful person she is, convinced us to "let her try" to help, she said "let this home bring happiness to another family" as we intended it to be when we built it. She was able to do that exact thing, to help us and another family. She went above and beyond! She always has gone above and beyond in my experience. I hope that this recommendation convinces everyone to utilize her services, she will work hard...You WILL be very glad you did. Thank you Tara xo

Tara was great at communicating everything to us in a timely manner. She had professional pictures and video taken of the property and worked really hard for us to get our house sold. We recommend her to everyone.

My home was under contract in a few days with a full price offer. As the closing day approached I needed more time to get out of the house and Tara got the buyers to agree to the additional time I needed for the move to my new address. I would highly recommend Tara for your real estate needs.

I found my house and purchased it with Tara. It was a long and complicated purchase. It was bound to be for reasons that had solely to do with my disability income. Tara was with me every step of the way working as hard as she could to assist me with an excessively complicated process. Now it is time to move again. Staying with Tara was a no brainer. I trust her. She is steadfast in her pursuit of client satisfaction. Her knowledge of all things real estate is vast. She takes whatever time is needed to explain every step thoroughly. She is accessible and always compassionate. She returns calls promptly. Tara communicates every detail I should know without excessively worrying me. The whole selling process was easy for me. I'm moving quite far this time. I'll miss a lot of people. One of those people is certainly Tara. It didn't take long for she and I to become good, lasting friends. Her warm and caring ways will stay with me and I hope to see her in the future. Tara will surely treat you just as well as she has always treated me.
