•As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Renting is very different from buying a place and JoAnn instantly helped put me at ease. My primary concern was finding a place that would allow me to comfortably host family and friends visiting from overseas, while also trying to sticking to a specific budget with very little wiggle room. JoAnn understood and we spent several months looking for the right place. When we did find it, she counseled me and walked me through every single step of the way. She was honest, she was supportive, she kept me abreast of everything, she answered my questions, and she still took time to listen to me and check in. When the escrow closed, JoAnn sent me the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers to congratulate me. I don’t think realtors get much better than her. You can’t go wrong working with her.
