•I initially met Ron through AirBnB where he has exceptional ratings. I rented one of his properties for 2 weeks and had a chance to meet him and his wife. They were both highly responsive to any questions or concerns, and during some discussions we learned more about the real estate market in FL, where we were planning to buy a home. We were impressed by his knowledge and level-headed approach. We live 2000 miles away and started a remote search for a house in FL after we returned from vacation there. We called Ron several times for random advice, and trust developed through that time. We expected to be local before buying a house but one came up unexpectedly, so we called him for help. He responded fast - and speed was needed, because there was an open house the next day and offers were closing just after it. He was able to do a live video walk-through for us, pointing out levels of quality compared to what he knew we cared about, and he helped us formulate the winning bid in a competitive market, without over-paying. He is a good strategist. He also supplied an inspector who did a very thorough job of finding every small flaw. He helped us get hooked up with contractors and utility contacts in the area, and he provided excellent after-sales support, including setting us up with a lockbox. All of this was done remotely and none of this would have happened if we hadn't gotten to know Ron and judge his character in advance. If you are purchasing remotely (or otherwise!), I can highly recommend him. He provides excellent service with a great dose of common sense, practical knowledge and - most importantly - integrity.
