•We hired Britt late last year to represent us in selling three homes in the Watsonville area as part of a family member’s estate that was in probate. From the very first conversation, Britt put us at ease and all our previous fears about trying to sell these properties from afar (we no longer live in the Santa Cruz area) were diminished. Right from the start, we felt confident we had the best realtor we could have hoped for. And not only is she a real estate agent, Britt is also a lawyer and provided us excellent advice that pertained to our situation. Britt knows the area’s market very well and was spot on with her initial assessment of what we might expect to sell the homes for. Despite being in probate, everything moved very fast under her guidance and she was very responsive to all of our questions. Knowing we were not close by, Britt absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of so we would not have to worry or travel for all the things that tend to pop up when selling property. On our behalf, she coordinated every single thing that had to be done, from hauling junk away to coordinating an auction for all of the estate’s personal property assets. After working with Britt over the past seven months, we jokingly said we needed to sell another home just so we could continue to work with her :) She is personable, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be reaching out to her again when we are ready to move back to the area!
