Originally from Connecticut I settled here in 1984. Attained my real estate license in 1999. Went on to secure my my Broker's license in 2001 subsequently opening my own full service Real Estate Brokerage in September of that same year. I have been providing superior service to hundreds of clients while saving them thousands of dollars in the Greater Daytona Beach real estate market for close to 2 decades. My brokerage service include Sales and Real Property Asset Management for both residential and commercial property owners. We specialize in identifying properties for investors from acquisition thru the asset management cycle to the liquidation and/or exchange of the property. We also provide Condominium and H.O.A management Sevices.

Paul was relentless while selling my property. He showed it every opportunity that arose, and he gave me feedback on how customers perceived the townhouse compared to other local properties. When someone pointed out a deficiency, he passed along the info and helped me with finding a company to do the repair. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Met Paul 12 years ago while vacationing and looking at homes . Going through my 4th purchase now and have had 2 sells .Paul is a very knowledgeable, honest , attentive , and efficient man . He was very prompt attending to details ,going over and above to help in any way I needed .and provided me a since of comfort even from 100’s of miles away .
