•We sold a home, and purchased a home with Nicole. The home we purchased was foreclosed. She had good advice during the negotiating process. Without her advice we would have paid more for the new house and got less for the old house. She was worth more than she cost due to her negotiations of both the sale and the purchase. We had several specific needs in a new house. Nicole was wonderful helping us find a space that fit all our needs. Specifically, my wife has a home business. Nicole helped us find a property with a spare room for her business that is not visible when we entertain. We purchased a foreclosed home. The process is difficult and tedious. Nicole worked extra hours to make a lower priced deal on a foreclosed home work for us. We got our dream home at a steal of a price because she was more interested in the clients needs than her commission. I would recommend Nicole to anyone. Excellent agent.
