Terry is an excellent real estate agent. Firstly, she helped us to relocate to GA from NY. We had a very hard time finding a rental because of the dog we have (her breed is not welcomed anywhere!) She was constantly cheering for us and helped a lot during the process. Then she helped us to find our dream home in the area where we thought we could not afford to leave. She is great as a person and as a professional. Very knowledgeable, been in this business for a long time, knows ins and outs. Easy to work with and cares about her clients! We really enjoyed the experience with Terry. We wanted an expert on Cobb County and she is exactly that. Her knowledge of school districts across the county, as well as several incredible neighborhoods/pockets throughout all areas of the county made our decision difficult. She showed us a lot of great homes. We were able to find our dream home in one (really full day) Saturday. It was a remote purchase for us as we are living out of state and she made it easy to navigate from afar. We enjoyed her company. Buying a Home can be stressful to say the least. I felt and will always feel as if Terry was buying the home with my family. You expect a certain amount of respect and cordiality but you will get far more from this type of person. Yes, she is a realtor but she is in it with you.
