Tim helped us found the perfect house for our family needs. We were relocating to Atlanta and Tim was with us the whole process. When we had a chance to visit the city to start our house hunting search, Tim was able to plan ahead and set up a real estate page with potential properties that we might be interested in, based on our search criteria. That weekend Tim showed us numerous houses based on what we had expressed him were our needs. After leaving Atlanta Tim kept showing us houses via Skype which shows that he was willing to go that extra mile to help us find the perfect house.<br/><br/>After closing, since we had not relocated to Atlanta yet, Tim was still there to help us. For instance, he supervised the installation of the appliances we bought after closing.<br/><br/>While we are Atlanta, Tim will continue to be our Realtor!
