•In preparing to buy our first home, my fiance and I were nervous about the process, to say the least. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Matt and his supportive team at Long and Foster. Within hours of walking through the house that was perfect for us, Matt arranged a meeting with us to spend a couple of hours explaining the whole process and the details of making an offer (on a Sunday afternoon with no advance warning, no less!). He offered extremely helpful tips on what to prioritize with our offer, and how to interpret the inspections that followed. The end result was that our offer was accepted, and we moved into our first home, which was better than we ever expected! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the area and have already sent his information to some of my friends. Thanks, Matt!
Matt was willing to meet with us on our busy schedule and went out of his way to make our buying process smooth and successful. I was especially impressed by his quick response to changes in our house's bidding process and we got just the house we liked at the right price! I would highly recommend Matt to first-time homebuyers, as he can help explain house buying in a clear manner.
