This was our first home purchase, so we had no...

This was our first home purchase, so we had no idea what to expect. We bombarded Nicole with questions every day! She never once made us feel like we were being pests. She kept in touch with us through the entire process, checked in on us, let us know any news she heard about our contract, and offered to help in any way she could. I think due to some of our personal circumstances we had a tough "underwriting" process, and she allowed me to vent as needed, and helped me to understand what was going on. She was never intimidating, always friendly and easy to talk to, and didn't push us to do anything we weren't ready for.
