Marissa is super knowledgeable of the property and surrounding areas. She knows how to market and promote the piece of property and home. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. She works hard to meet potential buyers at their Convenience and answer any and all questions they may have. She follows up on phone calls and is a clear communicator. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a house. Even after the closing was complete, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and gave us a gift basket full of goodies to show her appreciation to us!

I have known Deb since moving to Florida from Oklahoma in 2014. She helped me find my home in Lakeland. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable of Polk County and took time to help me find the perfect home. Obviously, when we decided to move to Alabama, I called Deb and knew she would be amazing and at finding the right people to live in my home in Lakeland.
