Are you an unbalanced writer whose unchecked curiosity is going to turn the prospect of selling your home and buying a new one into an adventure into madness? Are you the kind of person that no matter how well you plan, chaos and weirdness will find you? Do you ask questions that give normal people pause? Well, it doesn’t matter how you answered those questions, because you still want to choose Patrick and his team to help you with your realtor needs. If you answered yes to those questions like I did, then you are in luck, because Patrick can handle that whirlwind of weird with style and wit. Patrick is the kind of realtor who will sit with you at a builder's to make sure that you are asking questions you don’t know to ask. He will sit down with you and walk you through every nuance and every foreseeable outcome that might happen depending on your choices. Most importantly, he will be honest with you throughout the process, even if it is unpleasant news. That last part means a lot to me because I would much rather know the possible outcome than to bound into a situation and be blindsided. And, last but not least, he will be there to answer those questions that most people don’t normally ask, like “Can I dig a tunnel in my basement?” If you want to know the answer to that, you should ask him.
