•Nicole and Ryan were excellent!!! Though my "introduction" to TeamLai came through Ryan, eventually Nicole took the lead and I worked with her quite a bit. If for some reason she wasn't immediately available, Ryan was there. Literally, their whole family was involved, and to me, that is unique, important, and satisfying. Market knowledge outstanding, professionalism superb, and just a great experience. Buying a house is not the easiest, but they educated me along the way. At one point, I was growing discouraged, and Nicole was gently encouraging and supportive, really becoming a friend.....we joked, she truly grew to wear many hats. And that I think is what made all the difference. I feel like we looked at 15 properties, I fell in love at least 3 of "the perfect" homes, but for whatever reason, none of them went through. In my mind, I can vividly picture her as we would get into our vehicles, looking at me smiling, assuring me and saying, "We'll find it......" And we did. I would recommend team Lai to a perfect stranger, but more importantly, I would recommend them to family and dear friends. Note: she continues to provide help and support even after the closing table!! That level of customer service is rare in today's world.
