Hey Everyone, I just came here to say Jennifer is a fantastic realtor. Let me give you some details! Our scenario involved us moving from Texas to North East Ohio. We are a family of 4. One of which was baby at the time we moved. Jennifer took us on as her clients. She went completely out of her way and was traveling up to an hour and a half away from her own home to help assess different houses we were interested in. You know how some houses can look super nice from the pictures but you get inside and see it's not so nice and put together? Well, for us, we really had to trust Jennifer to buy our house "sight unseen". She has a lot of experience and really knows how to help her customers find what they are looking for and not just by using an MLS. Jennifer takes her clients seriously and she won't let you get involved in a sticky situation. She is VERY transparent and her knowledge of the Northeastern part of Ohio is quite impressive. I'd thought she was a hisyory teacher at one point. Anywho, She had done a lot of networking with agents across Ohio while we were still in Texas to help us find our home. She was our eyes as we couldn't get up there much when we were considering homes. She respected all of our desires for the home we wanted. She was a God send and always had great advice in many topics pertaining to buying a home. Getting to know her through the process, I can say this isn't just a business transaction with her. It's a relationship...one she values. One of the most genuine souls I've come across. She puts a whole new feel to the term Realtor. It used to have a negative connotation for me. She changed that for us. We are forever grateful for her. You'd be missing out if you don't use her as your realtor.

My family and I made the decision to move to Ohio from Texas. It was a huge move for us. We went from buying new in years past to buying used this time around knowing we would have a few projects. From the start Jennifer was super kind, she didn't overstep her bounds as a realtor and try to over sell us, nor did she ignore us. She was timely and consistent. She was consistently going out of her way to help us. Providing us with any information she could retrieve for us. We put our trust in her and we are very happy with our decision buying a home sight unseen. Jen knows A LOT about her area that she covers and what helped strengthened her as a realtor was her home knowledge. Making sure we knew if everything was up to date inspection wise, teaching us about what we could expect for different areas of the homes we were looking at, letting us know what would need to be updated, gave us ideas for improvements, and even driving out of her way just to get videos for us or doing virtual tours. I can't say enough how appreciative we are for her help in finding our new home. We are so grateful. Thank you Jen! You're service rocks. 10 out of 10 will recommend you!

I loved working with Jennifer! She made my house hunting/house buying experience easy, especially for it being my first time buying and not knowing what to expect! Any time I saw a house I wanted to look at, I would text her the address and she’d get us in there to look at it quickly! I could text her with any questions I had and she’d get back to me right away! She was an absolute professional and like others have said, I always appreciated her honesty as well. I would definitely recommend working with her!
