•Ali came highly recommended to me by my son, who oversees my finances. She explained every step of the process at every junction, filtered out investors from actual buyers and negotiated a financially beneficial sale for me based on property values and comparable values in the neighborhood. During this unusual "Covid Culture", Ali made numerous trips to my home to go over the seller's paperwork, the many offers I received and finally to explain everything prior to closing. She then graciously picked me up and drove me to and from the closing. In my mind, Ali was there for ME 1000% from start to finish. She did not stop until I told her the cashier's check was in my account. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone. I believe she would utilize the same passion for either the buyer or the seller.
