Excellent Communication Skills & Professionalism

We met Kim 2 years ago when we thought we were ready to move but the market stalled and we stopped looking. But Kim kept in touch with us and we knew who to call when we were ready. Kim has been there for us for both buying a property and selling our property. She has answered every question and taught us so much about what we needed to do and when. Every time I had a question, she was very quick to reply. She is an excellent communicator and clear in her style. She is also extremely professional and is able to work with all kinds of people that you find in the roles of lenders, other realtors, attorneys, and has been so consistently easy to work with. She understands people and I am so grateful that we had a chance to work together these past few months. She certainly earned her commission! A real gem.
