•We were moving to FL for a job relocation with my husband already in FL and I still in AZ to sell our home while managing cancer and chemo so the one day showing really fit my needs especially with four large dogs in the home. The new job in FL came a relocation package which meant Kimberly had to learn a new system and process to submit everything and she did so with flying colors. We received multiple offers simply by listing it as "coming soon" and many more the day of the open house. Kimberly was extremely responsive to any and all text messages, calls, and emails. If I called her and it went to voicemail, she was calling me back within minutes. I felt like a customer in a current environment where such seems to be fading. I would highly recommend Kimberly's expertise for buying or selling a home.
