•My fiancé and I started our home buying process mid June. We didn’t know what to expect as this was our first home buying experience. We were on a tight budget, wanted something newer, in a quiet/safe neighborhood. We met Heather through a referral of a family friend who raved about their experience with her as their realtor. Being naïve, I thought all realtors were the same but boy was I wrong. We received keys to our new home by mid July and we couldn’t have done that without our amazing realtor. My fiancé was quite picky (as she should) be when it comes to buying a home and after eight houses that we explored in person and hundreds more online, we finally found the one for us. It was a Friday and the seller would only allow potential buyers to see the property during the scheduled open house timeframes which was the following day. Heather suggested we put an offer before the open house, to show the seller we were serious. During the open house Heather was busy with other clients but made room in her schedule to walk thru the open house with us. She did this on many occasions. In the 20 minutes that we were on site, at least 25 prospects visited the house, leading us to the conclusion that we were very likely to be outbid and our house searching would continue. We weren’t happy campers until, that evening we got a call from Heather saying the seller wanted to except our offer because we were the first ones to show interest. her professional insight and experience really demonstrated what set her apart from other realtors. We were in constant communication, she didn’t prioritize certain clients and we are extremely grateful to have her in our corner. Don’t make the mistake of listening to commercial ads or “sold in 72 hours” and choosing them to represent you bc realistically Heather could do it in 24 hours if she really wanted to and your experience will be 100 times better. Thank you for all your help Heather, you are amazing!!
