•Look no further, just hire Skye. You won’t regret it. I’ve bought and sold over 20 properties in my life, very leery of realtors. I interviewed 5 for the sale of this home. They all seemed great but you never know until you go through the entire transaction what a realtor is really like. I’m a tough person to work for and I warned him. High expectations. He exceeded in every aspect and came up with services I never expected from a realtor. And he is always calm, kind, honest, consistent, reliable, organized, intelligent, extremely thoughtful and has an easy going manner with a ready smile yet he is SO hard working! And NO ego to deal with. He is also a versatile savvy businessman that does his homework. He anticipates problems so they can be alleviated or avoided all together or comes up with creative win/ win solutions. He explains things easily and concisely. He’s knowledgable of investment properties, laws etc. What he doesn’t know he will research and get back to you. He also has an excellent team around him but he is the main person in touch with you. No bait and switch. Always responds quickly to texts, calls etc. This sale was particularly emotional for me and he backed me up and was there for me at every turn. I think he is a truly good guy that really enjoys helping people. He’s my realtor from now on.
