•Being military, moving can be a not so pleasant part of life. Had a short amount of time to find a home before transferring to Ohio. Eric was very helpful and willing to accommodate me with my training requirements and time frame. Had to do everything virtual since I couldn’t be there. Eric went to multiple places in a day and FaceTime the property to see the inside. After a few homes, found the one. Had a few hiccups on the seller side and Eric was very transparent with the process and what the selling agent was doing. At one point Eric was willing to help in an inconvenience that came up to a cost but in the end he was able to have it covered by the seller. It’s the first home I buy sight unseen but he made the process as painless as possible due to my training requirements. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy, I will come back to him to sell my home once my time comes to transfer to my next duty station.
