•"I have a feeling your property is exactly what one of my clients is looking for", Blake offered during our initial consultation. Within 24 hours we were under contract for 6k above our asking price (which was well above how I would have valued the property). Clearly, Blake loves Silver City & loves connecting people with befitting properties. My beliefs in what a real estate agent "really" does, never extended beyond paperwork, and ensuring legalities & protections around property transactions; my scope was limited, and fueled the questioning [and validity] of their commission, as properties are easily viewable online. Blake's work, redefined my understandings of what a [contemporary] real estate agent brings to the table. Blake and her associates are people persons. I never felt I was dealing with salesmen. I felt I was dealing with an organization driven to facilitate connections, life changing connections. Blake's network is comprehensive; Hacienda Realty folk are active participants in the arts, theatre, performance, schools, and 501c3 communities. They [personally] know Grant County, with their community involvements extending well beyond the role of a real estate agent. This was important to us.
