•I contacted Elizabeth in the beginning of July to help sell my home and find my new home. Within two weeks I was under contract for both homes. With a sale and purchase, I was stessed and incredibly busy with work. Elizabeth stayed on top of me and all parties involved to ensure the transactions occurred with minnimal hiccups. During the home search, she asked about my requirements for my new home and my wish list. She sent options constantly and made herself available so we could view the homes whenever I had the time. She was organized and very knowledgeable. She responded to all my questions and helped me understand what was required of me financially and what actions I had to do every step of the way. Elizabeth communicated constantly and made sure to keep me updated on the status of both transactions. In the end, I sold my house for a great price and found my dream home. If I ever do this again, I would choose Elizabeth as my realtor over anyone else out there. Buying and selling a hkuse simultaneously is incredibly stressful, however, working with Elizabeth decreased that stress ten fold.
