I wish there were were more than five stars.
Melva is professional, concientious, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't have enough accolades to describe Melva. She's honest enough to give you her real thoughts on a matter, but insightful and empathetic to keep you encouraged if a sale isn't going your way. She not only gives you her time, but gives of herself during the process. She also never makes the client feel like they are a bother or has any question too trivial. She sold us this house and then at our request represented us when we were ready to sell it many years later. She is an excellent agent and we count her as an excellent friend.
