•This was our fifth home purchase in our fourth state. We moved to Southern California knowing nothing about the area or market. Not only was Eric by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with but we were successful with our #1 choice home in a time (July 2021) when the market was on fire and every home seemed to sell in seconds with dozens of offers. Eric was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to us and pushed back where he felt we needed to be realistic but in an extremely respectful and professional manner. We dragged him all over the map and at times that couldn't have been convenient for him. He always showed up on time with a great attitude ready to work on our behalf. We beat out many other offers because Eric did his homework, was prepared and made sure we were to get the job done. We love our home , we love our neighborhood and there is no way we could have done it with out Eric's experience, skill, judgement and guidance. I couldn't recommend Eric more highly.
