We would not have been able to buy our Sarasota condo without Nicole. We bought our condo sight unseen knowing we could trust her to work in our best interest . She is very knowledgeable of the area and can reach out to a wide range of contacts to get our questions answered quickly and thoroughly. She was able to use technology to help us get a good sense of prospective properties from remote. A critical skill since we were unable to see the properties in person. She was always positive and patient as we put in offer after offer until we found ‘the one’ . She was a delight to work with and I would absolutely work with her again!!
