•Daniele clicked with us right away and it was more like working with a friend instead of an agent. After the property we had our hearts set on was sold before we could act on it, she within hours had several properties for us to look at...comparable in the same area and price range. We met her for lunch to discuss one property in particular and left there with a new friend. Daniele Hamrick was awesome in negotiating the price for us, and made the process go smoother than we could have ever expected. This was our first time doing this, and the anxiety of not knowing what we were doing was diminished quickly when she communicated between us and the sellers agent, our banker, the title company, and with us on a personal basis. She made sure we were knowledgeable on restaurants and businesses available to us in the area, based on our interests and preferences on dining, recreational, employment opportunities, and our hobbies. Some people come off as trying to hard to get your approval or good ratings, but with Daniele , that was not the case at all. She was outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional... all rolled into one person. I will be glad to recommend her to friends and family alike. Thank you, Daniele for a little less chaos in our life !!!
