I was very impressed by how knowledgeable Taimi is, and I really liked that she is straight up. If I had any questions, she immediately called me and explained everything. Taimi Guillot is an excellent negotiator and is attentive to a persons needs. With my closing there were a few other agents that had customers aiming for the house and Taimi took the initiative to contact the Seller immediately instead of putting a business card on the table like the others. She has initiative and drive which greatly assisted in the bringing the closing quickly. She was there the whole way through and informative so I was never wondering what I had to do next. Her response times were extremely quick so I felt like she had my questions as a high priority.
