•Melanie is amazing. She was a referral from a friend who has used her for multiple transactions. She met with us to discuss our wants and preferences and sent us multiple houses that met our wants. She was very responsive and quickly scheduled showings that fit our schedule. She pointed out a plumbing issue on one house and explained the seriousness of it which helped us make a decision to pass on the house. We ended up being second on a house with a large number of offers and her knowledge helped get us very close to winning. When we lost, we were devastated but she made us feel better by telling us that we will end up where we are meant to be. She was right. She helped us beat out another offer on our dream house and we couldn’t be happier. Melanie helped us close very quickly and the entire process was so smooth. The care package we received was personalized and very thoughtful. We also used multiple connections from her for various projects around our house and each person was great. Melanie is a great realtor, brilliant in all aspects of real estate, extremely patient, yet aggressive when making offers, and we ended the process feeling like she’s also a friend. We would recommend Melanie to everyone.
