•Kelly was awesome in selling our property that had several challenges. We were able to sell the property for full asking price and we had the fastest closing process ever! Kelly communicated well, responded promptly and went out of her way to ensure she was doing targeted marketing and outreach to potential buyers. We were out of state buyers and sellers of property in Colorado and she was literally our eyes and ears in the property selection process. When we were having issues with our property management she stepped in and offered assistance. She oversaw repairs of the property to ensure the repairs met her and our high standards. We could not have been happier with the service provided by Kelly. We would certainly do business with her again in the future.
