From start to finish Carol is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She knew exactly what the current market was and offered suggestions for a selling price of my home. She also gave me some suggestions of things to do to make the house sell better and she was right. She communicated with me every step of the way. Even though my house was older and selling price was not high end for the market in my area it made no difference.
