•Having purchased our New house with Mike and Diane's help in April, we fully expected a similar quick and rapid experience in selling our "old" house in South Tampa. Who knew that interest rates would sky rocket and that the large size of our house would become impediments for a quick sell. Mike helped us get our house "show ready" and then market the house through his various internet real estate platforms. Having received our first offer that was unacceptable despite a couple of modifications, Mike kept us focused on trying to achieve our price goal but also cognizant of the market and financial forces that were working against us. Eventually, we received a second offer that proved to be the one that we accepted. Mike gave us great advice on how to approach this offer and how we could successfully counter some of the initial negative comments from the Buyer. He always kept us informed and was always available to answer our questions or find sources that we could use to get some of those answers. Mike and Diane are extremely knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay real estate market and are able to pivot to a new strategy when other strategies fail to produce initial success.
