•I had a wonderful experience listing my Long Beach condo with Christopher. This is the second time that Christopher has represented me as the seller and I always choose him as my agent for two main reasons. The first reason is Christopher’s communication skills. With every phase of this condo sale, Christopher provided important updates regarding the sale of the condo. Since I work from home, Christopher was mindful of my work schedule and scheduled showings around my availability. He also adhered and provided important COVID sanitation protocols and followed CDC requirements when scheduling these showings as to protect the prospective buyer and myself. Christopher was very mindful of this and had mine and other’s health as a top priority. Additionally, Christopher communicated offers in a timely manner. He helped navigate the pros and cons of every offer and helped facilitate counter offers when necessary. The second reason is Christopher’s marketing. Christopher uses high quality photography and video when listing the home. The home was pictured in the best lighting and showed the characteristics that any seller would be attracted to. Along with these two qualities, Christopher’s knowledge and experience in real estate makes him stand out as an agent and I would use his service again for future real estate transactions.
