•JoLynn helped us from start to finish get the top dollar for our house. More than I expected. We had some bumps in the road with some unexpected insurance claims we had to deal with and she stood beside us and helped us navigate everything. She was meticulous will getting the house ready for showing and the best pictures so that it showcased well. I can't say enough good things. I originally was ready to just go to a company to sell it too, because of time and effort to get show ready, but she helped me see a path we could accomplish and made our goals happen. She is also helped us find our forever home and we are already in "pending status" for that house. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
