•Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. Once we found our eventual home, Doug asked all of the questions necessary to get as much information as possible from the seller's agent so we could make an informed decision. After we were in good shape with the home, he promptly moved on to finding tenants to rent out our current place and was able to assess the market and get a lease agreement signed within a week. I would highly recommend Doug.
